摘要
目的分析二甲双胍结合有氧运动对老年2型糖尿病患者认知功能的影响。方法选取2018年3月—2019年3月在该院诊断的80例老年2型糖尿病伴有认知功能障碍患者,采取平均分组法分为两组,每组40例。参照组进行二甲双胍口服治疗,研究组在参照组基础上开展有氧运动。比较两组患者治疗前后各项生化指标、MoCA评分。结果治疗前,两组各项生化指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白以及糖化血清蛋白优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,患者MoCA评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组患者MoCA评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于老年2型糖尿病伴有认知障碍的患者,在服用二甲双胍治疗的基础上,开展有氧运动,能够取得良好的疗效,改善患者的认知功能,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of metformin combined with aerobic exercise on cognitive function in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with cognitive impairment who were diagnosed in the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected and divided into two groups by average grouping,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group received oral metformin therapy,and the study group performed aerobic exercise on the basis of the reference group.The biochemical indexes and MoCA score of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in biochemical indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin and glycated serum protein in the study group were better than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the MoCA score(P>0.05),after treatment,the MoCA score in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and cognitive impairment,on the basis of taking metformin,aerobic exercise can achieve good curative effect improve the patient's cognitive function and is worthy of promotion.
