摘要
北京冬奥会是具有表征国家重要历史节点意涵的重大标志性活动。人民性是北京冬奥会最鲜明的理论品格,也是办好北京冬奥会的重要理论依据和思想指引。北京冬奥会人民性缘起于中国共产党的根本宗旨,缘起于奥林匹克运动思想体系与发展需求。北京冬奥会人民性的实践主要体现在办赛的4个维度:办赛目的坚持为了人民,举办主体坚持依靠人民,办赛成果坚持由人民共享,办赛过程坚持全过程人民民主运行逻辑。北京冬奥会人民性在具体实践过程中呈现出以下特点:秉持人民主体性的使命观念,引领全球携手“一起向未来”,以“绿色、共享、开放、廉洁”的办奥理念为核心内涵,构建以北京冬奥会为轴心的人类命运共同体,为将来世界各国承办奥林匹克运动会提供中国智慧与中国方案,体现出重要的世界性意义。
The Beijing Winter Olympics is a major landmark event with the meaning of representing an important historical node of the country,and the people’s nature is the most distinctive theoretical character of the Beijing Winter Olympics,and it is also the theoretical basis and ideological guide for running the Beijing Winter Olympics.The people's nature of the Beijing Winter Olympics originates from the fundamental purpose of the Communist Party of China,and also originated from the ideological system and development needs of the Olympic movement.The practice of the people's nature of the Beijing Winter Olympics is mainly reflected in the four dimensions of the games:the purpose of holding the competition is for the people,the main body of the host insists on relying on the people,the results of the competition are shared by the people,and the process of holding the competition adheres to the logic of people's democratic operation in the whole process.The people's nature of the Beijing Winter Olympics shows the following features in the specific practice:adhering to the mission concept of people's subjectivity,leading the world to"work together for the future",taking the concept of"green,sharing,openness and integrity"as the core connotation,building a community with a shared future for mankind with the Beijing Winter Olympic Games as the axis,and providing Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions for countries around the world to host the Olympic Games in the future,which embodies important worldwide significance.
