摘要
推进职业教育高质量发展需要高素质教师,高素质教师的育人、教学、实践、教科研和信息化应用五项能力应均衡发展。本文在阐述教师五项能力内函的基础上,从教师五项能力的现状入手,探讨了教师五项能力的提升路径和验证思路。
High quality teachers are needed to promote the high quality development of vocational education,and the five competencies of high quality teachers:ethical education,teaching,practice,education and science research and information technology application should be developed in a balanced way.This paper analyzes the paths and connotation of the five competencies,starting from the current situation of the five competencies of teachers.
