摘要
高校开展第二课堂,具有提高学生综合素质及培养德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的高素质人才的效果。但目前没有针对大学生第二课堂产出效果评价的量化体系。因此,基于AHP(层次分析法),结合大学生培养目标和大学生综合测评方案制定综合评价大学生第二课堂产出效果的量化方案,通过建立数学模型,给出一整套清晰明了、公平公正、切实可行的大学生第二课堂产出效果的量化方法和评价规则,利于更加全面地评价学生的综合素质,同时也便于高校管理机构更好地评估第二课堂开展的效果。通过学生的科技创新能力、思想政治素质、社会实践、学生工作及文化体育素养等指标进行量化评价,运用AHP对各项指标进行权重分析,并对模型进行一致性检验,实验结果验证构建模型的一致性是可接受的。
The second classroom in universities can improve comprehensive quality and cultivate high-quality talents with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor for the undergraduate.However,there is no quantitative evaluation system for the second classroom output of undergraduates.Therefore,based on AHP(analytic hierarchy process),combined with the training objectives of college students and the comprehensive evaluation scheme of college students,the quantitative scheme of comprehensive evaluation of college students'second classroom output effect is formulated.Through the establishment of mathematical model,a set of clear,fair and feasible quantitative methods and evaluation rules of college students'second classroom output effect are given,which is conducive to a more comprehensive evaluation at the same time,it is also convenient for the university management to better evaluate the effect of the second classroom.Through the quantitative evaluation of students'scientific and technological innovation ability,ideological and political quality,social practice,student work,cultural and sports literacy and other indicators,AHP is used to analyze the weight of each index,and the consistency of the model is tested.The experimental results verify that the consistency of the model is acceptable.
