基于TRIZ理论的切丝料理杯结构优化与设计

摘要 本文设计了一款既能切长丝又能切短丝的切丝料理杯。基于TRIZ理论的九屏幕分析、生命曲线分析、完备性法则、功能分析等对切丝料理杯的未来发展,价值规划等进行了分析。通过物场分析、技术矛盾、物理矛盾等方法对进料口进行了优化设计。方案整合与评价后选择了基于空间分离的上部两个进料口,下部一个进料口的方案。通过因果链对所选方案的次级问题进行了分析和解决。最后通过试验验证,切丝料理杯能够实现功能,用户体验好,满足寿命测试要求。 This paper designs a silk cutting cooking cup which can cut both long and short silk.Based on the nine screen analysis,life curve analysis,completeness rule and function analysis of TRIZ theory,the future development and value planning of shredded cooking cup are analyzed.The feed inlet is optimized by means of material field analysis,technical contradiction and physical contradiction.After the scheme integration and evaluation,the scheme of two upper feed inlets and one lower feed inlet based on spatial separation is selected.The sub problems of the selected scheme are analyzed and solved through the causal chain.Finally,through the experimental verification,the shredding cooking cup can realize the function,have a good user experience and meet the requirements of life test.
