摘要
针对目前采油平台井口盖板被吊起后存在掉落隐患的问题。利用TRIZ理论,对当前井口盖板的工作状态进行初始形势分析,确定井口盖板在工作过程中存在的技术矛盾与物理矛盾,确定39个工程参数,进一步查询矛盾矩阵,找到可以用于解决问题的发明原理,并应用发明原理对井口盖板进行了创新设计。新结构采用类似八爪鱼的结构,通过调整工具的左右位置来对盖板的位置进行调整,解决了盖板掉落的隐患,目前已经在工程中得到了应用。
Aiming at the problem of the hidden danger of falling after the wellhead cover of the current oil production platform is hoisted.Use TRIZ theory to analyze the current working status of the wellhead cover,determine the technical and physical contradictions in the work process of the wellhead cover,determine 39 engineering parameters,and further query the contradiction matrix to find out which can be used to solve the problem.Innovative design of the wellhead cover was carried out by applying the inventive principle of the invention.The new structure adopts an octopus-like structure.The position of the cover plate is adjusted by adjusting the left and right positions of the tool,which solves the hidden danger of the cover plate falling.It has been applied in the project.
