摘要
目的:利用功能性近红外光谱成像技术(fNIRS)探讨定向运动练习者前额叶皮层(PFC)在不同任务难度负荷下识图路线决策的脑激活模式,揭示定向运动项目路线决策的认知特征和内在机制。方法:选取23名定向运动练习者,分别进行简单任务和复杂任务的路线决策实验,通过fNIRS监测左侧腹外侧前额叶(L-VLPFC)、右侧腹外侧前额叶(L-DLPFC)、左侧背外侧前额叶(R-VLPFC)、右侧背外侧前额叶(R-DLPFC)的血氧(Oxy-Hb)激活浓度变化。结果:(1)随着任务难度的增加,受试者路线决策任务的正确率显著下降,反应时显著升高。(2)大脑双侧PFC的激活强度随着任务难度增加而增强,背外侧前额叶激活显著(P<0.05)。(3)在复杂地图条件下,背外侧与腹外侧前额叶血氧激活强度均与正确率相关显著,在简单地图条件下右背外侧前额叶相关不显著。(4)复杂地图条件下,前额叶各脑区间脑网络连接相关性均显著,简单地图条件下,右侧腹外侧与右背外侧前额叶脑区相关不显著。结论:fNIRS可以检测到定向运动练习者在不同难度识图路线决策任务下,大脑双侧PFC在激活强度和血氧响应模式存在差异,表现出随着任务难度增加,行为绩效能力下降,背外侧前额叶功能激活显著,前额叶各脑区功能连接增强的认知特征。
Objective:To explore the brain activation patterns of map-recognition route decision-making in the prefrontal cortex(PFC)of orienteering exercise practitioners under different task difficulty loads using functional near-infrared spectroscopic imaging(fNIRS),and to reveal the cognitive characteristics and underlying mechanisms of route decision-making in orienteering exercise programs.Methods:Twenty-three orienteering exercise practitioners were selected to perform route decision-making experiments for simple and complex tasks,and the activation of blood oxygen(Oxy-Hb)in the left ventral lateral prefrontal lobe(L-VLPFC),right ventral lateral prefrontal lobe(L-DLPFC),left dorsolateral prefrontal lobe(R-VLPFC),and right dorsolateral prefrontal lobe(R-DLPFC)was monitored by fNIRS concentration changes.Results:1.With increasing task difficulty,the correct rate of subjects on the route decision task significantly decreased and the reaction time significantly increased.2 The activation intensity of the bilateral PFC of the brain was enhanced with increasing task difficulty,and dorsolateral prefrontal activation was significant(P<0.05).3.In the complex map condition,both dorsolateral and ventral lateral prefrontal blood oxygen activation intensity correlated significantly with correct rate,and in the simple map condition The correlation between right dorsolateral prefrontal and dorsolateral prefrontal brain regions was not significant in the complex map condition.4.The correlation between brain network connections among prefrontal brain regions was significant in the complex map condition,and the correlation between right ventral lateral and dorsolateral prefrontal brain regions was not significant in the simple map condition.Conclusions:fNIRS can detect differences in activation intensity and blood oxygen response patterns in the bilateral PFC of the brain of orienteering exercise practitioners under different difficulty map-recognition route decision-making tasks,showing:a decrease in behavioral performance capacity wi
