摘要
《徐批叶天士晚年方案真本》系清代温病学家叶天士晚年门诊存案,初秘藏于其家中,历六代后方因战乱而现世。虚劳病作为常见的中医病症,近年来在国内外已有将成热点之趋势。文章首先介绍了虚劳病的中西医研究现状,之后以此书中虚劳病案为基,剖析叶天士晚年治疗虚劳病的特色,最后按病情由轻到重总结出“收肃肺金,金盛水生;甘温益气,醒脾复元;敛阴益气,健脾安神;血肉有情,降火填阴以及通补兼施,清养并举”5种治法,展现了叶天士晚年返璞归真、常参经典的学术思想,以期引起业内对叶天士晚年学术思想研究的重视,并对现今临床有所助益及启迪。
XU Critic YE Tian-shi’s Medical Records in Old Age is the outpatient records of YE Tian-shi,a febrile disease specialist in Qing dynasty.It was secretly kept in his home at the beginning,and came to life in the world because of the war after six dynasties.As a common TCM disease,asthenia disease has become a hot spot at home and abroad in recent years.This paper first introduces the current research situation of asthenia disease in Chinese and Western medicine,then analyzes the characteristics of YE Tian-shi’s treatment of asthenia disease in his later years based on the medical records of asthenia disease in this book,and finally sums up‘collecting lung gold,prospering water;sweet and warm enhancing qi,wake up the spleen and recover;gathering yin and benefiting qi,strengthening the spleen and calming the nerves;five treatments,namely,emotional flesh and blood,reducing fire and filling yin;applying both general and tonic,and simultaneously clearing and nourishing’according to the severity of illness,which show YE Tian-shi’s academic thought of returning to nature and often referring to classics in his later years,in order to arouse the attention of the industry to the study of YE Tian-shi’s academic thought in his later years,and help and enlighten the present clinical practice.
