摘要
旅游业高质量发展是满足人民美好生活需要、破解当前旅游业发展不平衡不充分难题的有效举措。近年来,我国旅游业发展迅速,取得了较大成绩,为经济社会发展作出了重要贡献。与此同时,也面临着旅游开发理念滞后、产业化程度不高、品牌影响力不够、运营管理能力不强、人才保障不足等挑战。推动旅游业高质量发展,应从创新旅游开发理念、构建特色产业化发展体系、提高品牌建设能力、加强旅游运营管理、培育壮大旅游人才队伍等方面综合施策,统筹推进补齐短板和锻造长板,形成推进新发展阶段我国旅游业高质量发展的强大合力。
The high-quality development of tourism is an effective measure to meet the needs of people's better life and resolve the current imbalance and insufficiency of tourism development.In recent years,China's tourism industry has developed rapidly,made great achievements and made important contributions to economic and social development.At the same time,it is facing challenges such as lagging tourism development concept,low degree of industrialization,insufficient brand influence,weak operation and management ability,insufficient talent guarantee and so on.The high-quality development of tourism needs comprehensive measures from the aspects of innovating tourism development concept,constructing characteristic industrialization development system,improving brand construction ability,strengthening tourism operation and management,cultivating and expanding tourism talent team,comprehensively promoting the supplement of short board and forging long board,so as to form a strong joint force to promote the high-quality development of China's tourism industry in the new development stage.
