摘要
食源性疾病是全球关注的公共卫生问题,尤其在经济相对落后的国家,食源性疾病是危害人体健康的重要因素,而食源性疾病的发病原因与餐饮食品安全有着密不可分的关系。为了更好地推动餐饮企业的可持续发展,应以食品安全为公共卫生的出发点和落脚点,制定相应的控制策略以及管理机制,避免食源性疾病的发生。本文主要围绕食源性疾病控制与餐饮食品安全管理策略展开相关阐述。
Foodborne diseases are a public health problem of global concern,especially in countries with relatively backward economy.Foodborne diseases are an important factor endangering human health,and the causes of foodborne diseases are closely related to food safety.In order to better promote the sustainable development of catering enterprises,we should take food safety as the starting point and foothold of public health,formulate corresponding control strategies and management mechanisms,and avoid the occurrence of foodborne diseases.This paper mainly focuses on foodborne disease control and catering food safety management strategies.
