摘要
本文在梳理食品检测技术发展现状的基础上,剖析了我国食品检测领域在技术创新、标准建设、能力布局、队伍建设和数据应用等方面存在的突出问题,针对性地提出了加快检测技术创新、构建食品安全国家标准体系、完善三级检测能力网络、创新检测人才培养机制和建立检测大数据共享平台等对策,为健全食品安全治理体系、提升食品安全保障水平提供了重要的理论参考和实践指导。
On the basis of sorting out the development status of food testing technology,this paper analyzes the outstanding problems existing in the field of food testing in China in technical innovation,standard construction,capacity layout,team construction,data application and so on.Countermeasures were put forward to accelerate the innovation of testing technology,build a national standard system for food safety,improve the three-level testing capability network,innovate the training mechanism for testing talents,and establish a testing big data sharing platform.This provides an important theoretical reference and practical guidance for improving the food safety management system and improving the level of food safety.
