摘要
以阿维菌素为起始原料,经催化加氢反应得到伊维菌素粗品。采用二维色谱纯化技术对伊维菌素粗品中的关键杂质进行分离提纯,鉴定了4个杂质,其中杂质1为阿维菌素B_(1a),杂质2为3′-OH-H_(2)B_(1a),杂质3为EP9.0中有关物质H,杂质4为EP9.0中有关物质K(H_(4)B_(1a)异构体)。
Using Avermectin as a starting material,we obtained crude Ivermectin by catalytic hydrogenation.Moreover,we separated and purified the key impurities in crude Ivermectin by two-dimensional chromatographic purification technology.Four impurities are identified,among which,impurity 1 is identified as Avermectin B_(1a),impurity 2 is identified as 3′-OH-H_(2)B_(1a),impurity 3 is identified as related substance H in EP9.0,and impurity 4 is identified as related substance K(H_(4)B_(1a) isomer)in EP9.0.
