摘要
以网状天线反射板尺寸4897 mm×1672.3 mm为例,通过设计方案的优化,在工艺特点分析和工艺试验的基础上,对工艺方法进行优化,采用碳纤维网格面板,常温胶粘剂固化和金属埋件后定位的方式,制备的反射板质量降低25.7%,型面精度和孔位精度均满足设计要求,实现了反射板结构功能一体化的目标。
This paper takes the mesh antenna reflector with the size of 4897 mm×1672.3 mm as an example.Through the optimization of the design scheme,the process method was optimized on the basis of analysis of process characteristics and process test.The weight of the prepared reflector was reduced by 25.7%by using carbon fiber mesh panel,normal temperature adhesive curing and metal embedded positioning.The precision of the surface and the precision of the hole location meet the design requirements,and the goal of the integration of the structure and function of the reflector is realized.
