天线骨架是地面雷达天线系统的关键结构部件,具有承载大、精度要求高、制造难度大等特点,根据此类天线骨架的结构特点,从骨架的材料选用、成型工艺方法、应力消除、机械加工、防护处理等工艺技术方面展开了详细论述,在解决了天线骨架制造技术的基础上,并通过多年的工程经验的积累,总结出各类工艺方法的优缺点,为该类天线骨架的制造提供了有益参考。
The antenna framework is the key part of the ground radar antenna system. It is characterized by large absorbing load, high accuracy and extremely difficult to manufacture. Several key technologies such as material selection, molding process method, stress relieving, mechanical processing, etc were discussed in detail. It has solved the antenna framework manufacturing technology, and summarized the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of technological methods based on many years engineering experience.
