摘要
数字经济下,我国企业面临业务及治理模式创新的需求,纷纷开启数字化转型之路。文章首先通过文献研究分析电信运营商数字化转型内涵及业务发展趋势,但面临基础管理能力不足、数据隐私保护等严格监管要求,亟需提升数字化治理能力以高效推进业务的转型发展。进而从数字化服务组合、数据要素利用及组织发展模式等方面对国际运营商典型案例进行了分析。最后分别从数字业务化和业务数字化应用创新、数字化治理及提升数字素养等方面提出建议,为运营商的数字化转型及业务发展提供一定的参考。
Under the digital economy,Chinese enterprises are facing the needs of business and governance model innovation,and have started the road of digital transformation.Firstly,this paper analyzes the connotation of digital transformation and business development trend of telecom operators through literature research.However,faced with the lack of basic management ability,data privacy protection and other strict regulatory requirements,it is urgent to improve the digital governance ability to effectively promote the transformation and development of business.Then,the typical international operators are analyzed from the aspects of digital service composition,data governance and organization mode.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of digital business and business digital application innovation,strengthening digital governance and improving digital literacy,so as to provide some reference for operators'digital transformation and business development.
