SPOC联合TBL教学模式在皮肤性病学教学中的实践与探索 被引量:9

摘要 皮肤性病学作为一门临床医学专业必修课,具有独特的学科特点。其病因复杂,皮损表现多样,这要求学生不仅要深入理解皮肤性病学的理论知识,还要将理论知识和临床病例联系起来。在传统的教学模式中,学生习得知识的方式比较被动,这不利于学生系统地构建临床思维。本研究首次在皮肤性病学教学实践中,设计并运用了SPOC联合TBL教学模式,通过建立线上(SPOC平台)和线下(TBL课堂)两条轨道,实现了对教学流程的重构以及教学结构的革新。这种新型教学模式以学生为中心,鼓励学生主动学习,促进学生独立思考,激发学生探索的兴趣,培养学生团队协作的能力,并提高学生的学习效率,锻炼学生的综合素质。医学教育需要在创新和实践中反复求索。本研究通过将SPOC联合TBL的新型混合教学模式应用于皮肤性病学教学活动中,促进皮肤性病学教学质量的提高,为医学院校教学改革提供新思路。 Dermatovenereology,as an obligatory course for clinical medicine students,has unique subject characteristics.The etiologies of skin diseases and venereal diseases are complex,and the appearances of skin lesions are diverse.This requires students not only to have a deep understanding of the theoretical knowledge of dermatology and venereology but also to associate theoretical knowledge with clinical cases.Under the traditional teaching mode,students acquire knowledge relatively passively,which is not conducive to the systematic construction of clinical thinking among students.The mixed teaching model based on SPOC + TBL is the first time designed and used in teaching dermatovenereology.By establishing two tracks,online(SPOC platform) and offline(TBL classroom),the teaching process and teaching structure were reconstructed.The mixed teaching model is student-centered,which encourages students to learn actively,promotes students’ independent thinking,stimulates students’ interest in exploration,cultivates students’ teamwork ability,improves students’ learning efficiency and exercises students’ comprehensive qualities.The methods of medical education need to be explored in innovation and practice.By using this mixed teaching model,we offer an opportunity to improve the quality of dermatovenereology course and provide new ideas for the teaching reform of medical colleges.
