摘要
武术作为中国传统优秀身体文化,不仅有强身健体之功效,还有修身立德、构建积极心理等重要价值。本文主要采用文献资料法,探讨青少年参与武术运动对身体素质和心理健康的积极作用,旨在为实现青少年身心健康的良性发展提供参考。
As the fine traditional Chinese culture about body, wushu(martial arts) has the function of strengthening the physical health, cultivating people’s morality and constructing positive mentality. Mainly through literature review, this paper discusses the positive effect of wushu on teenagers’ physical quality and mental health, with the aim of realizing their beneficial development.
