摘要
制备了石墨烯/聚乙烯亚胺(GR/PEI)复合物,采用紫外-可见吸收光谱、电化学交流阻抗方法对复合物进行表征,由此制备了石墨烯/聚乙烯亚胺复合修饰电极(GR/PEI/GCE)。采用循环伏安法研究了支持电解质、pH、扫描速度等对鸢尾苷电化学行为的影响。同时,调查了GR/PEI/GCE复合修饰电极的重现性、稳定性,不同物质对测定鸢尾苷的干扰。在5.0×10^(-7)~1.0×10^(-5) mol·L^(-1)浓度范围,鸢尾苷氧化峰(P_(3))的峰电流与其浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.999,检出限为1.67×10^(-7) mol·L^(-1)。加标回收结果显示:鸢尾苷的回收率在94.0%~105.0%左右,表明该方法测量的准确度较高。采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)进行了测量对比,发现该方法与HPLC两种方法测定结果一致。
Graphene/polyethyleneimine(GR/PEI)composites were prepared,and characterized by ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy,AC impedance spectroscopy.Based on this composites,graphene/polyethyleneimine composite modified electrode(GR/PEI/GCE)was developed.The effect of measurement conditions,such as supporting electrolyte,pH,scanning speed on the electrochemical behaviors of tectoridin(TEC)was investigated by cyclic voltammetry.Simultaneously,the reproducibility and stability of GR/PEI/GCE were studied.The interference of some foreign species on the determination of tectoridin was analyzed.In the concentration range of 5.0×10^(-7)~1.0×10^(-5) mol·L^(-1),the peak(P_(3))current of tectoridin has a good linear relationship with its concentration,and the detection limit is 1.67×10^(-7) mol·L^(-1).The recovery of tectoridin was 94.0~105.0%,which indicated that the accuracy of the proposed method was reliable.The measurement result of tectoridin by the electrochemical method was consistent with that of high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).
