摘要
实验采用改进的Hummers法合成氧化石墨烯并将其修饰在碳糊电极(CPE)的表面制备了氧化石墨烯修饰碳糊电极(GO/CPE),以该修饰电极为工作电极,采用方波溶出伏安法对锌离子进行测定。结果表明:在十二烷基苯磺酸钠的增敏作用下,在0.1mol·L^(-1)KCl溶液中,该修饰电极对锌的氧化溶出有良好的催化作用,溶出峰电流与Zn^(2+)的浓度在4.0×10-8mol·L^(-1)~2.0×10-7mol·L^(-1)呈良好的线性关系,检出限为1.8×10^(-10)mol·L^(-1).该修饰电极用于实际样品中锌的含量分析,结果令人满意。
Graphite oxide was synthesized by improved Hummers method. The prepared graphite oxide was used to modify Carbon Paste Electrode( CPE) surface to prepare Graphite Oxide Modified Carbon Paste Electrode( GO/CPE). Zinc was determined by square wave stripping voltammetry using the modified electrode as working electrode.The result showed that the modified electrode had high eletrocatalytic activity to the Zinc in 0. 1mol·L^(-1)KClsolution and with sensitivity enhancement of Sodium Dodecyl Benzene Sulfonate.The oxidation peak currents and concentrations of Zinc havea good linear relationship in the range from4. 0×10-8mol·L^(-1)to 2. 0×10-7mol·L-1with a detection limit of 1. 8×10-10mol·L-1( S/N= 3). It can be applied to the quantitative determination of zinc in practical samples with satisfactory results.
