摘要
本文基于食用油的常用生产工艺,以及食用油生产中的关键点,对食用油生产中的常见质量安全问题展开研究。同时,提出了一系列加强食用油生产质量安全管理的具体对策,借此规范食用油生产流程,保障食用油生产安全、生产质量。
Based on the common production technology of edible oil and the key points in edible oil production,this paper studies the common quality and safety problems in edible oil production.At the same time,it puts forward a series of specific countermeasures to strengthen the quality and safety management of edible oil production,so as to standardize the edible oil production process and ensure the safety and quality of edible oil production.
