摘要 针对变电站序列控制方式存在的顺控操作效率偏低问题,提出基于视频监控智能识别的变电站一键顺控技术研究。分析变电站一键顺控装置布置方式,确定变电站一键顺控主程序逻辑结构,编辑工作子程序、检修子程序、地刀闸程序、插件子程序和急停子程序;研究顺控操作中数据传输过程,设计变电站一键顺控程序交互方式;采用视频监控智能识别技术,通过预处理-特征提取-判别等步骤,识别、判断、研究变电站设备状态,控制一键顺控操作。结果表明,应用该技术检修接线线路运转情况,检修时长最多为64 s;操控变电站电容器组,检修时间最多为8 min,且平均操控时间与正常操控时间一致,总体缩短了一键顺控操控时间,具有较优的操控效率。 Aiming at the low efficiency of sequence control in the substation sequence control mode, a research on the one-key sequence control technology of substation based on intelligent identification of video surveillance was proposed. The layout of the one-key sequence control devices of the substation was analyzed. The logical structure of the main program of the one-key sequence control of the substation was determined. The working subroutine, the maintenance subroutine, the ground switch program, the plug-in subroutine and the emergency stop subroutine were edited. The data transmission process in the sequence control operation was studied, and the one-key sequence control program interaction mode of the substation was designed. The video surveillance intelligent recognition technology was adopted. The status of substation equipment was identified, judged and studied, and one key sequence operation was controlled through the steps of preprocessing-feature extraction-discrimination. The results show that the application of this technology to repair the operation of the wiring line can take up to 64 s at most. The maintenance time of the substation capacitor bank needs 8 minutes at most, and the average control time is the same as the normal control time. In general, the one-key sequence control time is shortened with better control efficiency.
