摘要
本文从设计学角度对里院民宿改造的现状进行了实地及文献调研,并结合国内外相关案例进行对比分析,提出了历史建筑民宿改造的相关原则和策略,即融入历史性装饰文本,重新构建空间形态,置入多元化的休闲娱乐体验环境等,为体验者增加丰富且独特的情感体验,促进里院民宿的可持续发展。
This paper conducts field research and literature research on the current situation of the renovation of Liyuan from the perspective of design science.Based on the comparative analysis of relevant cases at home and abroad,it puts forward the relevant principles and strategies for the reconstruction of historic buildings used as homestay,that is,integrating historical decoration,rebuilding spatial form,creating diversified leisure and entertainment experience environment,so as to provide rich and unique emotional experience for experiencers,and promote the sustainable development of Liyuan.
