摘要
随着城市用地的紧张与使用者对生活环境质量要求的提高,青岛传统里院的更新和改造已成为一个不可规避的话题。文章以青岛潍县路19号里院改造概念设计为契机,采用"一新一旧,交相辉映"的设计理念。通过里院文脉的传承与建筑的创新,延续里院文脉,打造特色街区,强化建筑肌理,重塑里院内、外空间形态,更新里院内部功能,强化建筑风貌特征,使该里院焕发新生,更好地融入到街区中。以期为青岛其他院落的改造提供理论与实践的借鉴价值。
With the shortage of urban land and the improvement of users’requirements for the quality of living environment,the renewal and transformation of Qingdao traditional liyuan has become an unavoidable topic.This paper takes the conceptual transformation design of Liyuan on No.19 Weixian Road,Qingdao as an opportunity,and adopts the design concept of"one old one new,add radiance and beauty to each other".Through the inheritance of inner courtyard culture and the innovation of architecture,continue the context of the courtyard,build characteristic blocks,strengthen the building texture,reshape the space form outside the courtyard,update the internal functions of the courtyard,and strengthen the architectural features,so that the inner courtyard is revitalized and better integrated into the block,so as to provide the theoretical and practical reference value for the transformation of other inner courtyards in Qingdao.
