摘要 目的探讨Force CT双能量血管成像在活动性脑出血中的诊断价值,提高活动性脑出血的早期诊断水平。方法收集2017年6月至2021年6月因脑出血在我院行Force CT双能量血管成像患者的影像资料。比较非线性融合图、融合碘图在诊断活动性脑出血中的敏感性和特异性。结果106例患者中活动性出血32例,非活动性出血74例。CTA期融合碘图、非线性融合图诊断活动性出血的敏感度分别为90.6%、68.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);特异度分别为91.9%、89.9%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Force CT双能量血管成像融合碘图可提高活动性脑出血的诊断率。 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of Force CT dual-energy angiography(CTA)in the diagnosis of active cerebral hemorrhage,and to improve the early diagnosis of the disease.Methods Theimaging data of patients undergoing the examination of Force CT dual-energy angiography for cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2021 were collected.The sensitivity and specificity of nonlinear fusion map and fusion iodine map in the diagnosis of active cerebral hemorrhage were compared.Results There were 106 patients involved.Among the patients,32 patients were active bleeding and 74 patients were non-active bleeding.The sensitivity of CTA fusion iodine map and nonlinear fusion map was 90.6%and 68.8%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The specificityof CTA fusion iodine map and nonlinear fusion map was 91.9%and 89.9%,respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Thefusion iodine mapof Force CT dual-energy angiography can improve the diagnostic rate of active cerebral hemorrhage.
