摘要
唾液乳杆菌(Lactobacillus salivarius)是一类具有益生菌潜能的乳酸菌,已应用于医药、食品和饲料添加剂等领域。本文在分析唾液乳杆菌相关文献和生物信息学数据的基础上,介绍了其对畜禽的效应、安全性和基因组学特征,并对唾液乳杆菌应用于畜禽生产的前景进行阐述,为唾液乳杆菌的推广应用提供参考。
Lactobacillus salivarius is a lactic acid bacterium with probiotic potential,which has been used in medicine,food and feed additives.With the analysis of relevant literature and bioinformatics data of Lactobacillus salivarius,this paper introduces Lactobacillus salivarius effect,safety and genomic characteristics on livestock and poultry,and puts forward the prospect of Lactobacillus salivarius,providing reference for the promotion and application of Lactobacillus salivarius in livestock and poultry production.
