摘要
目的探讨肾衰宁胶囊联合复方α-酮酸片治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2020年4月就诊于本院的120例慢性肾衰竭患者的临床资料,根据不同治疗方法分为观察组(n=61)和对照组(n=59)。对照组采用碳酸氢钠片与复方α-酮酸片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合肾衰宁胶囊治疗,比较两组临床疗效及肾功能指标[内生肌酐清除率(CCr)、血肌酐(SCr)、血清尿素氮(BUN)、清蛋白(ALB)]。结果观察组治疗总有效率(98.36%)高于对照组(81.36%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2个月后,两组SCr、BUN水平均低于治疗前,CCr、ALB水平均高于治疗前,且观察组SCr、BUN水平均低于对照组,CCr及ALB水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾衰宁胶囊联合复方α-酮酸片治疗慢性肾功能衰竭患者可提高临床疗效,改善肾功能,促进患者恢复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shenshuining capsule combined with compoundα-ketoacid tablets in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with chronic renal failure who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to April 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,they were divided into observation group(n=61)and control group(n=59)according to different treatment method.The control group was treated with sodium bicarbonate tablets and compoundα-ketoacid tablets,and the observation group was treated with Shenshuining capsules on the basis of the control group,the clinical efficacy and renal function indexes(endogenous creatinine clearance rate[CCr],serum creatinine[SCr],serum urea nitrogen[BUN],albumin[ALB])were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical total effective rate(98.36%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(81.36%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the levels of SCr and BUN in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the levels of CCr and ALB were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of SCr and BUN in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of CCr and ALB were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenshuining capsules combined with compoundα-ketoacid tablets in the treatment of patients with chronic renal failure can improve clinical efficacy,improve renal function,and promote the recovery of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
