摘要
产业融合型农产品市场融合农产品加工、销售和特色文化旅游三大功能,在农村三产融合发展与农产品品牌化建设中起着引领作用。本文针对产业融合型农产品市场创建投资大、用地难、回报慢的桎梏,对新会陈皮村案例进行深入剖析,在陈皮村大型竹建筑设计实践及思考、陈皮村零起点模式创新设计、陈皮村的三产融合理论创新的研究基础上,归纳总结出以卧S模型为实施策略的零起点设计理论,为创建产业融合型农产品市场提供可复制、可推广的成功范例。
The industry-integrated agricultural commodity market integrates the three major functions of agricultural product processing,sales,and characteristic cultural tourism,and plays a leading role in the development of the integration of rural tertiary industries and the branding of agricultural products.Aiming at the shackles of large investment,difficult land use,and slow return in the creation of an industrial-integrated agricultural product market,this article conducts an in-depth analysis of the case of Chenpi Village in Xinhui..On the basis of research on the theoretical innovation of the integration of three industries in Chenpi Village and its innovative design of the zero-start model,the paper proposes the zero-start design theory with the horizontal S model as the implementation strategy,which provides a successful example that can be replicated and promoted for the creation of an industry-integrated agricultural product market.
