摘要
如今现代化信息技术水平已经达到很高的境界,人们的思想觉悟也随之发生了明显的改变,在线教育获得了越来越多人的青睐,对在线教育教师身份转型遇到的问题进行深入的剖析,推动在线教育朝着更加长远的方向发展。在现代在线教育、教育、管理与技术等诸多领域中,都需要教师长期而深入地研究,使得在线教育在多元化的信息时代里,能够获取生存发展的空间,满足目前教育教学活动的需求。当然一切东西都并非凭空而来的,都来自社会实际。要求教师从课堂一线上了解第一手材料,从课堂实际中积累经验,使自身获取的感性认知逐渐地转换成为理想的思维能力,从而形成了自己的科研结论。理论知识也会引导着实践,并在实践中得到检验。
Nowadays,the development of modern information technology has reached a high level,and people’s ideological awareness has also changed significantly.Online education has been favored by more and more people.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the problems encountered in teachers’identity transformation,so as to promote the long-term development of online education.In many fields such as modern online education,education,management and technology,teachers need to do long-term and in-depth research,so that online education can obtain the space for survival and development and meet the needs of current education and teaching activities in the diversified information age.Of course,everything does not come out of thin air,but comes from social reality.Teachers are required to gain first-hand materials from the front line of the classroom,accumulate experience from the actual classroom,and gradually transform their perceptual cognition into ideal thinking ability,so as to draw their own conclusions from scientific researches.On the contrary,theoretical knowledge will also guide practice and be tested in practice.
