摘要
海量的读者信息数据为高校图书馆开展各项业务提供了重要的决策支持。以南京大学图书馆研发并运用的NLSP系统所产生的相关读者数据为样本,从读者综合借还、读者分类借阅、文献利用率、文献周转率、读者借阅量、读者请求等六个方面,分析读者大数据在阅读推广中的运用,并提出相关建议。
The massive information data for readers provides important support for university libraries to make decisions in various businesses.Based on the readers'data from the NLSP system that is developed and used by Nanjing University Library,this paper analyzes the application of big data for readers in reading promotion from six aspects.Specifically speaking,they are comprehensive borrowing and returning,classified borrowing,document utility,document turnover rate,library loan based on different reader types and classified statistics of readers'requests.In the end,the paper puts forward relevant suggestions.
