摘要
本文基于Web技术设计了招投标管理系统,具体划分为公告管理功能模块、标书管理功能模块,中标管理功能模块,且基于B/S三层架构与SQL数据库技术实现了系统开发。通过系统功能与性能测试,结果表明,系统功能模块都与业务部分实际需求高度相符;系统性能可在很大程度上满足个性化与多元化业务需求,因此值得广泛推广与使用。
Based on Web technology,this paper designs the bidding management system,which is specifically divided into announcement management module,bidding management module and bid-winning management module,and realizes the system development based on B/S three-layer architecture and SQL database technology.Through the system function and performance test,the results show that the system function modules are highly consistent with the actual requirements of the business part;System performance can meet the needs of personalized and diversified services to a large extent,so it is worth widely promoting and using.
