摘要
现阶段各个施工单位后浇带支撑主要采用独立支撑回顶的形式,但是现场沉降后浇带需要在结构封顶之后45 d内才能进行封闭,周期过长,现场积压较多材料,部分施工单位将后浇带支撑优化为混凝土构造柱,混凝土构造柱无法回收利用,且后期需要凿除。基于此,要研发一种可周转的装配式后浇带支撑体系。
At present, the construction unit is suppourted mainly adopts independent of postcast strip back to top form, but the settlement needs in the structure of post-cast strip can be closed within 45 days after the sealing of cycle is too long. The backlog of material, more part of the construction unit will support the concrete constructional column of post-cast strip, which cannot be recycled and requires a chisel in addition to the late. Based on this, it is necessary to develop a returnable prefabricated post-cast belt support system.
