摘要
目的对慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)合并2型糖尿病患者采用肺功能康复联合营养支持对其肺功能及生活质量的影响进行探究。方法选择2019年1月—2021年8月该院收治的COPD合并2型糖尿病病例112例。根据随机数表法对这些病例予以分组处理,分为甲组(常规治疗)和乙组(常规治疗+肺功能康复训练和营养支持),每组56例,对比两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,乙组的6 min步行距离、FVC、FEV1、MVV等指标均明显优于甲组,乙组的转铁蛋白、前白蛋白、白蛋白、血清总蛋白等营养指标均明显优于甲组,乙组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖等血糖指标均明显低于甲组,乙组的SF-36评分明显高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在COPD合并2型糖尿病患者的治疗中,采用肺功能康复治疗联合营养支持效果确切,可以有效提高患者的肺功能,改善其营养指标,而且还有助于提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of pulmonary function rehabilitation combined with nutritional support on pulmonary function and quality of life in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods From January 2019 to August 2021,a total of 112 COPD patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to the hospital were selected in the study.According to the random number table method,these cases were divided into group A(conventional treatment)and group B(conventional treatment+pulmonary function rehabilitation training and nutritional support),with 56 cases in each group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the 6 min walking distance,FVC,FEV1,MVV and other indicators of group B were significantly better than those of group A.The nutritional indexes such as transferrin,prealbumin,albumin and total serum protein in group B were significantly better than those in group A.The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and other blood glucose indicators in group B were significantly lower than those in group A.The SF-36 score of group B was significantly higher than that of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of COPD patients with type 2 diabetes,the use of pulmonary function rehabilitation therapy combined with nutritional support is effective,which can effectively improve the lung function of patients and improve their nutritional indicators.It also helps to improve the patient's quality of life.
