摘要
现代急救医疗体系中,院前急救是十分重要的部分,院前急救是抢救危重症患者的第一步。院前急救指的是伤员从现场到达医院之间的抢救过程,是急诊医疗体系的主要组成部分,院前急救中的医疗安全隐患隐蔽性较高,且成功防范难度高,医疗纠纷的发生率较高。该文分析院前急救过程中存在的安全隐患,然后从规章制度完善、法律法规的学习、急救技术培训、急救设备的维护、人文关怀、自身修养提高6个方面对防范措施进行总结,进而为院前急救工作的顺利、安全开展,保护患者和医务人员的个人权益,降低医疗纠纷发生率提供有力的依据。
In the modern emergency medical system,pre-hospital first aid is a very important part.Pre-hospital first aid is the first step in rescuing critically ill patients.Pre-hospital first aid refers to the rescue process between the wounded from the scene to the hospital,and is the main component of the emergency medical system.The hidden dangers of medical safety in pre-hospital first aid are highly concealed and difficult to prevent successfully,and the incidence of medical disputes is high.This article analyzes the potential safety hazards in the process of pre-hospital first aid.Then,the preventive measures are summarized from six aspects:improvement of rules and regulations,study of laws and regulations,first aid technical training,maintenance of first aid equipment,humanistic care,and improvement of self-cultivation.In turn,it provides a strong basis for the smooth and safe development of pre-hospital emergency work,the protection of the personal rights and interests of patients and medical staff,and the reduction of the incidence of medical disputes.
