摘要
目的探讨创伤骨科患者在入院前急救过程中常见的失误及其处理方法。方法选取2017年6月~2019年5月我中心救治的创伤骨科患者76例,按照随机数字法分为试验组与对照组,每组38例。对照组实施常规急救,试验组针对常见失误予以处理,实施针对性急救,对比分析两组患者急救质量,并发症发生率及焦虑、抑郁评分。结果试验组患者急救满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组入院后并发症发生率为5.26%,对照组为21.04%,试验组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);急救前两组患者焦虑、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),急救后试验组患者焦虑、抑郁评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论入院前创伤骨科患者存在较多的急救失误,针对失误给予针对性急救措施,可提高急救质量,降低并发症发生,改善患者焦虑、抑郁情绪。
Objective:To investigate the common mistakes and treatment methods during prehospital first aid of traumatic orthopedic patients.Methods Seventy-six patients with traumatic orthopedics treated in our center from June 2017 to May 2019 were enrolled.The patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random mumber method,with 38 patients in each group.The control group were given routine first aid,while the experimental group were treated with targeted first aid with the common mistakes addressed.The quality of first aid,complication rates,anxiety and depression scores were compared between the two groups.Results The first aid satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The incidences of complication after admission were 5.26%in the experimental group and 21.04%in the control group.The incidence of complication in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups before the first aid(P>0.05).The anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group after the first aid(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many first aid mistakes during prehospital first aid of traumatic orthopedics patients.First aid treatments targeted for mistakes can improve the quality of first aid,reduce complications,and relieve the negative emotions of anxiety and depression.
