摘要
目的:探讨集束化护理在脑梗死患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1—10月江苏省南通市通州区第七人民医院收治的脑梗死患者109例作为对照组,2022年1—10月收治的脑梗死患者109例作为观察组。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施集束化护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理人员发病原因及危险因素、预防措施、处理方法、健康教育评分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组压力性损伤面积小于对照组,入院至压力性损伤发生时间长于对照组,压力性损伤发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.017)。结论:集束化护理在脑梗死患者中的应用效果显著,能提高护理质量,降低压力性损伤发生率,缩短损伤面积,提高护理满意度。
Objective:To explore application effect of cluster nursing in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 109 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the Seventh People's Hospital of Tongzhou District of Nantong City from January 2021 to October 2021 were selected as the control group.Another 109 patients with cerebral infarction admitted from January 2022 to October 2022 were selected as the observation group.Control group implemented routine nursing.Observation group implemented cluster nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The nursing staff in observation group were higher than those in control group in terms of pathogenesis causes,risk factors,preventive measures,treatment methods,health education scores and total scores,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The area of stress injury in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group,the time from admission to stress injury in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the incidence of stress injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.017).Conclusion.The application effect of cluster nursing in patients with cerebral infarction is significant,which can improve the quality of nursing,reduce the incidence of stress injury,decrease the injury area and increase the satisfaction of nursing.
