摘要
目的分析全程质量控制管理在消毒供应室中的应用价值及对降低院感率产生的影响。方法回顾性总结2020年1—12月该院消毒供应室的管理工作情况,其中下半年工作中实施了全程质量控制管理(命名为A组),而上半年则未实施了全程质量控制管理(命名为B组),比较实施前后工作合格率、院感率、消毒供应室满意度评分。结果①A组的回收、分类、清洗、消毒、包装、灭菌、储存合格率明显高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②A组院感率明显低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③A组的物品标识、消毒灭菌质量、工作效率、工作文书记录、微生物监测、工作流程获得分数均高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程质量控制管理应用到消毒供应室中,可有效降低院感率、提高工作质量,具有应用、推广价值。
Objective To analyze the application value of the whole process quality control management in the disinfection supply room and its influence on reducing the nosocomial infection rate.Methods The management of the disinfection supply room in the hospital from January to December 2020 was retrospectively summarized.Among them,the whole-process quality control management(named as group A)was implemented in the second half of the year,while the whole-process quality control management(named as group B)was not implemented in the first half of the year.The work pass rate,hospital infection rate,and satisfaction score of the disinfection supply room were compared before and after the implementation.Results 1.The qualified rate of recovery,classification,cleaning,disinfection,packaging,sterilization and storage in group A was significantly higher than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The nosocomial infection rate of group A was significantly lower than that of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The scores of item identification,disinfection and sterilization quality,work efficiency,work document records,microbial detection,and work process scores in group A were higher than those in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of whole-process quality control management to the disinfection supply room can effectively reduce the nosocomial infection rate and improve the work quality,which has application and promotion value.
