低年资护理管理方案对外科低年资护士的影响

摘要 目的探讨低年资护理管理方案对外科低年资护士的影响。方法选取本院2019年1月—2020年12月的22名外科低年资护士作为研究对象,对其实施低年资护理管理方案,对比实施管理前后的考核情况、自我效能评价、护理工作质量。结果实施管理后,护士的理论知识、专业技能操作、应急处理、临床观察能力考核成绩均显著高于实施管理前(P<0.05)。实施管理后,护士自我效能评价有效率为95.5%,明显高于实施管理前的72.7%(P<0.05)。实施管理后,护士的知识知晓、基础护理、一级护理、感染管理、安全管理、文书记录方面的护理工作质量评分显著高于实施管理前(P<0.05)。结论对外科低年资护士实施低年资护理管理方案,可改善护士的自我效能和护理效率,提高护理工作质量。 Objective To explore the influence of junior nursing management program on junior surgical nurses.Methods A total of 22 junior surgical nurses in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and implement junior nursing management plan.The assessment,self-efficacy evaluation and nursing quality before and after the management plan were compared.Results After implementation of management,the theoretical knowledge,professional skills operation,emergency treatment and clinical observation ability of nurses were significantly higher than those before the implementation of management(P<0.05).After the implementation of management,the effective rate of nurses’self-efficacy evaluation was 95.5%,which was significantly higher than the 72.7%before the implementation of management(P<0.05).After the implementation of management,the score of quality of knowledge awareness,basic nursing,first-class nursing,infection management,safety management and document record of nurses was significantly higher than that before the implementation of management(P<0.05).Conclusion The junior nursing management program for junior surgical nurses can effectively improve the self-efficacy and nursing efficiency of nurses,and improve the quality of nursing work.
