农村劳动力就地就近转移就业影响因素分析--以和静县为例 被引量:5

Analysis of the Influencing Factors of the Local and Nearby Transfer of Rural Labor Force to Employment:Taking Hejing County in Xinjiang as An Example

摘要 以新疆和静县作为研究区域,通过实际调研收集数据,运用二元Logistic回归模型,从个人、家庭、社会、政策四个方面选取相关变量,分析农村劳动力就地就近转移就业的影响因素。结果显示,性别、职业技能、家庭需照顾人数、家庭人均耕地面积、密切来往的亲友数量、乡镇企业数量、政策支持力度对农村劳动力就地就近转移就业存在正向影响,文化程度、家庭距县城远近对农村劳动力就地就近转移就业存在负向影响。最后,提出完善就业创业扶持政策,提升劳动力整体素质等促进农村劳动力就地就近转移就业的相关建议。 Taking Hejing County in Xinjiang as the study area, data was collected through practical research, and Logistic model was used to select relevant variables from four levels of personal, household, society and policy, to analyze the contributing factors of local and nearby transfer of rural labor force. The results showed that gender, vocational skills, number of families to take care of, family per capita farmland area, the number of close relatives and friends, villages and towns enterprises, policy support for rural labor transfer employment had positive influence, educational level and family distance from the county seat had negative effects on the local transfer employment of rural lab-or force. Finally, it put forward relevant suggestions to improve the overall quality of the labor force and improve the employment and entrepreneurship support policies to promote the local and nearby transfer of rural labor force.
