摘要
本文以“大众创新,万众创业”为背景,选取南航金城学院在校大学生为研究对象,探究了环境对民办高校大学生创业意向的影响。研究发现,高校大学生风险倾向、内控性、创新性、创业课程、创业实践与创业意向有显著正相关关系,成就需要与创业竞赛对大学生创业意向影响不明显。因此,本文针对大学生自主创业工作的规划和开展提出了针对性建议。
In the context of“mass innovation and entrepreneurship”,this paper aims to explore the impact of environment on the entrepreneurial intentions of students in private colleges and universities and select the students of China Southern Airlines Jincheng University as the research object.It was found that risk propensity,internal control,innovation,entrepreneurial curriculum,entrepreneurial practice and entrepreneurial intentions of college students exhibit a significant positive correlation,while achievement needs and entrepreneurial competitions exert no obvious impact on college students’entrepreneurial intentions.In view of this,targeted suggestions for the planning and development of college students’self-employment efforts are pointed out.
