摘要
餐厨垃圾含水率高、营养丰富,特别适合微生物生长繁殖,但处置不当会带来各种环境问题,目前餐厨垃圾处理技术多种多样,决策者该如何选择合适的处理方法,基于文献资料,通过对比分析了几种处理技术的特点、原理、优缺点,重点介绍了微生物降解餐厨垃圾技术的应用--酶解技术,酶解处理工艺稳定、应用灵活、占地面积小、无二次污染和邻避效应,为决策者提供参考。
Kitchen waste has high moisture content and rich nutrition,which is especially suitable for microbial growth and reproduction,but improper disposal will bring various environmental problems.At present,there are a variety of kitchen waste treatment technologies.How should decision makers choose appropriate treatment methods.Based on the literature,this paper compares and analyzes the characteristics,principles,advantages and disadvantages of several treatment technologies,and focuses on the application of microbial degradation of kitchen waste-enzymatic degradation.The enzymatic degradation process is stable,flexible application,small floor area,no secondary pollution and avoidance effect,so as to provide reference for decision makers.
