摘要
本文借助MATLAB/Simulink软件,按照柴油机高压共轨燃油系统的结构及工作原理,建立了一种燃油系统油轨压力控制模型,实现轨压的稳态、瞬态精确控制。同时针对该控制方法进行了台架试验验证。试验结果显示,稳态工况在发动机全转速范围内,最大误差小于±5MPa,大部分工况控制在±2MPa以内;瞬态极限轨压阶跃测试(80MPa至180MPa),系统响应时间小于1s,超调量最大6.5MPa;瞬态轨压稳定性测试,轨压波动在±5MPa以内,总体实现了较好的控制效果。
This paper described the research on rail pressure control method of diesel common rail fuel system. According to the fuel system structure and operational principle, a rail pressure control model was build base on MATLAB/Simulink software, which achieved high precision control for both steady state and transient state. And it also designed a test to validate the control effect. The test result showed that the steady state maximum error was controlled within ±5MPa in whole engine speed range, and most operational points were within ±2MPa. The transient state showed maximum overshoot was controlled within 6.5MPa for max fuel pressure step test(80MPa to 180MPa), and response time less than 1s. And the rail pressure transient stability test result showed the maximum error was controlled within ±5MPa.
