摘要 高压共轨系统是大型拖拉机柴油机的重要组成部分,分析轨压控制技术的发展历程,研究系统内压力波动的产生及轨压控制方式,并以抑制轨压波动和提高压力控制的响应速度为目标,对优化轨压控制的策略进行了深入研究,详细分析了现有的轨压控制回路和轨压控制算法的优化方案,最后提出轨压控制的发展趋势将向着更高精度控制算法、更多变量控制、更智能化控制、更加节能与环保的方向发展,可为轨压控制技术的发展提供一定参考。 The high-pressure common rail system is an important part of the diesel engine,the development process of the common rail pipe pressure control technology of the high-pressure common rail system is analyzed,the generation of pressure fluctuations in the system and the pressure control mode of the common rail pipe are studied,and the strategy of optimizing the pressure control of the common rail pipe is studied in depth with the goal of suppressing the pressure fluctuation of the common rail pipe and improving the response speed of pressure control,and the optimization scheme of the existing common rail pipe pressure control loop and the common rail pipe pressure control algorithm is analyzed in detail.Finally,it is proposed that the development trend of common rail pipe pressure control will develop in the direction of higher precision control algorithm,more variable control,more intelligent control,more energy saving and environmental protection,which can provide a certain reference for the common rail pipe pressure control of diesel engine high-pressure common rail system.
