双螺杆压缩机大内容积比锥形转子的设计与性能研究

摘要 内容积比是双螺杆压缩机的重要性能指标,为了最大限度地提高其内容积比,设计了交叉轴锥形螺杆转子,实现了双螺杆压缩机内容积比较大程度的提高。从容积变化和泄漏通道长度方面分析了双螺杆压缩机锥形螺杆转子的工作性能,并与传统等径螺杆转子进行对比。结果表明:在转子旋转轴夹角为10°~20°时,内容积比的提高幅度可达24.6%~47.5%。锥形螺杆转子对端面泄漏有较大的改善,力学性能方面有显著优点。 The internal volume ratio is an important performance index of twin-screw compressor.In order to maximize the internal volume ratio, a conical screw rotor is designed to achieve a large increase in the internal volume of twin-screw compressor.The working performance of conical screw rotor of the twin-screw compressor is analyzed from the volume change and the length of leakage passage, and compared with the traditional screw rotor.The results show that when the angle between rotation axis of rotor is 10°~20°,the increase of the inner volume ratio can reach 24.6%~47.5%.The conical screw rotor greatly improves the end leakage and has significant advantages in terms of mechanical properties.
