摘要
肝移植是肝癌根治性治疗方法之一,然而术后肿瘤的复发和转移是其面临的一大问题。循环肿瘤细胞与恶性肿瘤的复发和转移密切相关,术前根据循环肿瘤细胞的评估,选择合适的移植手术时机,对于取得良好的预后具有重要的意义。与常规的移植评估指标相比,循环肿瘤细胞的评估有方便快捷、实时、无创等优势,在预测术后复发、把握降期治疗时机、联合循环肿瘤DNA评估等方面具有广阔的应用前景,但也存在着检测评估标准不统一、肿瘤异质性的影响等挑战。
Liver transplantation is one of the radical treatments for hepatocellular carcinoma.However,the recurrence and metastasis of tumors after transplantation are significant problems.Circulating tumor cells are closely related to the recurrence and metastasis of malignant tumors.Therefore,choosing the most appropriate transplantation time according to the evaluation of circulating tumor cells is of great significance for achieving a good prognosis.Compared with conventional transplantation evaluation indicators,the assessment of circulating tumor cells is more convenient and less time-consuming,and it enables noninvasive implement of real-time monitoring.The assessment of circulating tumor cells has broad application prospects in predicting postoperative recurrence,determining the timing of downstage treatment,and accompanying circulating tumor DNA to achieve an improved evaluation effect.However,there remain some challenges,such as inconsistent testing and evaluation standards of the circulating tumor cells and the impact of tumor heterogeneity.
