摘要
肝癌是我国最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,严重威胁我国人民生命健康。在精准医学理念的引领下,肝癌的临床诊治及创新研究在近几年中取得重要突破。新型生物标记物的发现和液体活检技术的推广极大的推动了肝癌的早诊早治。肝脏外科技术和肝癌系统治疗的进展让更多的病人得到了救治机会,延长病人生存期。此外,肝癌创新研究领域亮点颇多,对肝癌生物学特征的深入认识正不断地转化为肝癌诊断、治疗领域的精准临床实践。
Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the most common malignant tumors in China,which seriously threatens the lives and health of Chinese people. Under the guidance of the concept of precision medicine,clinical diagnosis and treatment of HCC and innovative research have made great breakthroughs in recent years. The discovery of new biomarkers and the promotion of liquid biopsy technologies have greatly promoted the early diagnosis and treatment of HCC. Advances in liver surgery techniques and systemic therapies have given more patients the opportunity to receive treatment and prolong their survival.In addition,many progresses were made in the field of basic research on HCC.The in-depth understanding of biological characteristics HCC is constantly being transformed into precise clinical practice in the field of HCC diagnosis and treatment.
