摘要
核酸适配体是能够识别并结合重金属离子、抗生素、蛋白质等多种靶分子的一段单链DNA或RNA核酸片段,具有亲和力高、特异性强、应用范围广等优点。生物传感器是一种以生物元件为基础的分析装置,能将定量或定性的生化反应信息转化为有用的分析信号。近年来,以核酸适配体与多种传感器相结合,在农药、重金属、病原微生物、抗生素检测等领域应用广泛并得到迅猛发展。本文就核酸适配体传感器(包括荧光适配体传感器、电化学适配体传感器及基于纳米材料的传统适配体传感器)的研究进展进行综述。
A nucleic acid aptamer is a single-stranded DNA or RNA nucleic acid fragment that can recognize and bind heavy metal ions,antibiotics,small molecules,etc.It has the advantages of high affinity,strong specificity and wide application range.Sensor is an analytical device based on biological elements,which can transform quantitative or qualitative biochemical reaction information into useful analytical signals.In recent years,nucleic acid aptamer combined with a variety of sensors have been widely used in the detection of pesticides,heavy metals,pathogenic microorganisms,antibiotics and other fields and developed rapidly.In this paper,the research progress of nucleic acid aptamer sensors(including fluorescent aptamer sensors,electrochemical aptamer sensors and traditional aptamer sensors based on nanomaterial)is reviewed.
