摘要
针对“食品化学”教学中的被动式学习和浅层次学习问题,以全方位提升学生认知深度、促进高阶能力发展为目标,建立螺旋递进深度学习PPPTS模式,使学生进入主动学习和深度学习的良性循环,进而实现从主动建构知识体系,到深度迁移认知,再到创造性解决问题的进阶。
Aiming at the problems of passive learning and shallow learning in Food Chemistry,this paper aimed at improving students'cognitive depth and promoting the development of higher-level ability in an all-round way.The spiral progressive deep learning PPPTS model was established to make students enter a virtuous circle of active learning and deep learning.So that students could achieve from the active construction of knowledge system,to the depth of cognitive transfer,and then to problem solving.
