摘要
采用文献资料法、对比分析法对美国、日本、英国课余体育照顾服务工作进行研究,以期为我国提供借鉴。结果显示:(1)日本和英国由国家政府出台课余照顾服务管理及运行法律法规;(2)重视对课余体育服务,遵循儿童成长发展规律,促进儿童全面发展;(3)明确课余体育服务的内容,制定合理的课余体育照顾服务计划。建议建立课余照顾服务制度体系,形成政府主导、社会力量参与的发展模式,机构和家长积极发挥自身积极作用。
By using the methods of literature review and comparative analysis,this paper studies the after-school sports care service in the United States,Japan and Britain,in order to provide reference for our country.The results show that:(1)in Japan and the United Kingdom,the national government issued laws and regulations on the management and operation of after-school care services;(2)pay attention to after-school sports service,follow the law of children’s growth and development,and promote children’s all-round development;(3)make clear the content of after-school sports service,and formulate reasonable after-school sports care service plan.It is suggested that after school care service system should be established to form a development mode dominated by the government and participated by social forces,and institutions and parents should play an active role.
