摘要 由于新建杭州西站与既有杭州站、杭州东站没有便捷通道相连,杭州铁路枢纽内的互联互通尚未实现,制约了枢纽作用发挥。按照已批复杭州铁路枢纽中规划的杭州北联络线线位方案,虽能解决枢纽内新建杭州西站与既有杭州站、杭州东站互联互通问题,但依然存在远期区段能力不足、运输组织不灵活等问题。从杭州北联络线及相关线路近、远期运输需求分析,并考虑杭州地区后期需开行市域列车需求等因素,对比分析原方案在运输组织、线路能力、工程投资等方面存在的不足,提出增设俞家塘线路所、三四线并行的优化方案。该方案实施后,杭州北联络线与沪乍杭铁路俞家塘线路所至勾庄线路所间可实现四线并行,既有杭州站、杭州东站也可通过增设俞家塘线路所直接沟通杭州西站杭临绩场和湖杭场,还可通过北东联络线实现与湖杭铁路湖州方向直接连通,提高了杭州铁路枢纽内运输组织灵活性。同时,结合枢纽内相关工程建设时序和规划线路建设情况等,论证加快推进本项目实施的必要性。 Since the new Hangzhou West Railway Station is not connected with the existing Hangzhou and Hangzhou east railway station, the interconnection in the hub has not been realized, which restricts the function of the hub. The location of the Hangzhou North Connecting Line in the approved Hangzhou Railway Hub can solve the problem of the interconnection between the Newly-built Hangzhou West Railway Station and the existing Hangzhou and Hangzhou East Railway Station in the hub, however, there are still some problems such as insufficient long-term section capacity and inflexible transportation organization. Based on the analysis of the short-term and long-term transportation demand of Hangzhou North Connecting Line and related lines, and considering the factors such as the demand of later-term regional trains in Hangzhou, this paper compared and analyzed the shortcomings of the original scheme in the aspects of transportation organization, line capacity and project investment, and carried out the optimized scheme by adding Yujiatang block post and four lanes. After the implementation of this scheme, there were four parallel lanes between Hangzhou North Connecting Line and the railway line from Yujiatang to Gouzhuang Block Post of Shanghai-Zhapu-Hangzhou Railway. Both the Hangzhou and Hangzhou East Railway Station could be directly connected to Hangzhou-Lin’an-Jixi and Huzhou-Hangzhou Yards of Hangzhou West Railway Station by adding Yujiatang Block Post, and could directly connect to Huzhou direction of Huzhou-Hangzhou Railway by the north-east connecting line. The flexibility of transportation organization in Hangzhou Railway Hub could be improved. At the same time, the necessity of speeding up the implementation of the project was demonstrated in the light of the construction schedule of the relevant projects in the hub and the construction of the planned lines.
