摘要
特色主题街区内使用者的心理感受不仅关乎街区打造是否成功,还关乎特色街区发展的可持续性。通过对盐城市欧风花街使用状况的调查研究,阐述中小城市特色街区相关设计对使用者的影响。笔者运用问卷调查法、行为地图法、SD量表法等,研究欧风花街的使用状况,分析建筑、环境和人的行为表现之间的关系,总结归纳相关规划及设计经验。调查结果显示,使用者对欧风花街整体设计、绿植安排、水景组织等满意度较高,欧风花街的建成在一定程度上能够满足使用者的物质、文化需求,但存在尺度不合理、商业转化率不足、无障碍设施不足等问题。研究提供了一些切实有效的改进措施,以期将广大人民群众的需求融入中小城市公共空间的规划与更新中。
The psychological feeling of the users in the characteristic theme block is not only related to the success of the block building,but also to the sustainability of the development of the characteristic block.Through the investigation on the use of European Floral Street in Yancheng,this paper expounds the influence of the relevant design of characteristic blocks on users.Questionnaire survey method,behavior map method,SD scale method and other methods are used to study the use of European Floral Street,to analyze the interaction between architecture,environment and human behavior,and to summarize relevant planning and design experience.According to the survey results,the satisfaction of the uses to the overall design,green plant arrangement,waterscape organization,etc.is higher.Although the building of European Floral Street satisfies the material and cultural needs of the uses to a certain extent,it still have some problems,such as unreasonable scale,insufficient business conversion rate,lack of barrier-free facilities, and so on. The paper provides some practical and effective improvement measures in order to better integrate the needs of the masses into the planning and updating of public space in small and medium-sized cities.
